I, too, only knew Patsy from visits to Starbucks, but I remember that beautiful smile, kind demeanour, and the most awesome customer service you could ask for. If the store wasn’t busy, she would deliver our coffee and breakfast sandwiches to our table, and we so appreciated that kind gesture. She always made the effort to make you feel special. A huge loss for her family, but I hope it gives them some comfort to know that so many people have such warm and lovely memories of her.

I did not know her, but all your words made me feel as if I’ve known her forever. She sounds like a very caring and loving woman whom everybody enjoyed her company.
