Fox Island River’s Jason Benoit has advanced to the final three of the SiriusXM Top of the Country competition, outlasting a field that included fellow Newfoundland and Labradorian Chris Ryan.
Benoit joins fellow finalists Leaving Thomas of Calgary and Andrew Hyatt of Sudbury, Ontario.
“The journey continues with the upcoming festival season, a SOCAN Music song-writing camp in Nashville and Canadian Country Music Association Country Music Week where someone will take home $25,000 + more,” shared Sirius XM. “CONGRATS to all nominees & everyone involved.”
