Built into a summer institution by comedian/actor and all around national treasure Shaun Majumder, Burlington’s The Gathering has fast become one of the island’s go-to destinations for food, fun and amazing music during peak summer season.

Taking place for August 22-25, Majumder himself revealed the first two headliners for the annual event on his YouTube page. Newfoundland (the band), an amazing Irish/traditional group from Ireland, and country music star George Canyon were revealed as two of the weekend headliners.

With the full lineup coming soon, as well as a revamped website dropping any day, patrons and fans should be getting anxious to scoop up their tickets for one of the summers hottest events.
