Now Baker, the St. John’s native, can add Juno nominee to his list of accomplishments.

Baker is up for the Songwriter of the Year Award, against a crowded field of nominees that includes Alessia Cara, bulow, Patrick Watson and Tenille Townes for his tracks “All Hands”, “Dance” and “The Eighteenth Hole.”

The Juno awards take place this March in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with the main awards ceremony taking place on March 15th.
